All Oceania Maui jewelry is made to the highest standards using natural elements and high quality components. Should you experience any issues with our jewelry due to workmanship, we offer free repair or exchange for one full year from purchase. If your purchase was more than one year ago:

For Oceania Castellini Designs beaded necklaces and bracelets: We use the highest quality beading wire. Wear is normal after heavy usage. To determine if restringing is necessary, please pay attention to the back of the necklace or bracelet close to the clasp. If beads start spacing or wire starts fraying, please contact us for restringing. We offer this service for $25 per item. Please contact customerservice@oceaniamaui.com to initiate this process. You can drop the jewelry off in our Paia store or ship it to us. After restringing, we will make it available for pickup in the store or ship it back to you free of charge.

For all other jewelry: We will get a quote for you and do our best to facilitate low cost and speedy repair. Alternatively, we offer purchase of same or equal value item at 50% off. Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@oceaniamaui.com or call 808-573-6597.
